How to build confidence
First of all, let me make this clear: we are not born with confidence. We develop our confidence alongside our life experiences. We love to be around confident people because they look calm and in control, like they have a solution for everything. We also like to appear confident for the same reason.
When you show up at work, to a meeting or walk into a restaurant, do you look like someone who would win admiration? Everyone is telling us we should be confident, but did anyone tell you how to do it? Every day you may find yourself attending business meetings, conferences, events or even dates thinking about what you are going to say, but never actually considering the first impression you make – or if you are giving the perfect handshake!
We communicate confidence through body language movements. As with any skills, this one needs practice, and we can work on this together to make you the most memorable person around.
I will teach you to:
- Make great first and lasting impressions
- Build trust in your relationships with others
- Be authentic and charismatic (yes, charisma can be learned as well)
- Speak and sound confident (especially important over the phone and voice recordings)
- Overcome social anxiety and feel confident
Science proves that we communicate our confidence through non-verbal, more than verbal skills. Let’s start today by building your confidence to reach your full self-esteem potential. You will be surprised by the benefits you’ll gain from both your professional and social interactions by implementing everything you learn here…
